Job description:

Plan and carry out experiments to develop functional protein formulations for the production of food products

Develop highly efficient methods for the isolation and purification of proteins
-
The characterization of proteins and complexes will be carried out in a variety of biochemical methods
-
Work as a part of the protein formulation team
-
Work closely with microbiology, fermentation, food science, and QC teams
Requirements:
-
MSc with at least two years of industry experience or PhD in the fields of Chemistry/Life Sciences.

In-depth understanding of protein structure, function, and interactions.

Practical experience working with proteins, analytics, and QC (SDS-PAGE, WB, HPLC/FPLC, characterization of complexes, stability, formulations).

Strong scientific orientation, solid planning and reasoning skills, strong hands-on capabilities, order, organization, and accuracy.
